I am so excited to be returning to the beautiful Cucumber fields for a full day retreat. Set amongst woodlands, apple trees and animal paddocks, Cucumber Fields is a unique and award winning wellness destination. The Cucumber Barn is home to the iconic Yoga Sanctuary where we will enjoy a range of therapeutic & healing yogic practices. The spacious pantry area, is where we shall enjoy a leisurely lunch & tea breaks and the stunning grounds will also be free to roam around during breaks to see the animals and enjoy the enchanting grounds.

Tabure is my favourite restaurant to go to for a special treat and I am beyond excited that they will be catering the lunch for this day retreat. Plants will be the hero of this Mediterranean feast. Expect an abundant self serve buffet style banquet that will excite your taste buds and nourish your body
There will also be teas available all day long and speciality coffees & other barista drinks available from the cucumber fields pantry.
A Sacred Pause
This time and space is beautiful, sacred chance to step away from the rush of everyday life and give yourself some real, heartfelt nourishment. With embodied yogic practices, soothing meditative rituals, good company, and plenty of moments to simply be, you can release stress and reconnect with what makes you feel like you. It’s a day designed to refill your cup mentally, emotionally, and physically. My intention is for you to head home feeling lighter, refreshed, and more in tune with yourself and the world around you.
Getting There
There is ample parking at Cucumber fields and plenty of beautiful country walks nearby that could be enjoyed before or after the retreat.
